How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
What is your return policy for beauty products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
Are Jergens products tested on animals?
We are committed to the elimination of animal testing. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals, nor do we ask others to test on our behalf.

How do I choose the right moisturizer for my skin type?
Each product page includes a 'Best For' section. Generally, our Ultra Healing range is ideal for extra dry skin, while our Daily Moisture line is perfect for normal to dry skin maintenance.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international territories. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and are calculated at checkout.
